How to bid on an Long Auction Online Auction

To Bid on Online Long Auctions you must have a Auctioneer Pro Account (APRO), creating an account is easy and free! On the Long Auction Home Page we will list our current online auctions. Click the image to be taken directly to the online auction. You can place your bids on the APRO Website, remember you must have a APRO Account in order to make a bid.

How Register for an APRO Account

Click REGISTER this will take you to the APRO.BID Website to create an account.

When using Laptop or Desktop go to the upper right corner and click the REGISTERbutton.

When using phone or tablet go to the upper left corner and click on MENU BAR, then click REGISTER.

Complete Profile Information:

Complete the Profile Information section: Provide your Name, Address, Phone Number.
Create a User Name
An email is required to register. If you do not have an email, create a non-working email.
Create your Password
Confirm password

Notifications: check all boxes under notifications
User Agreement: check all the boxes that apply to you

Click Register To Bid, Working emails will receive an email notification from APRO to complete the registration processBe sure to check ALL the boxes under notifications so you can get the latest information sent to you. In the User Agreement make sure to check all the boxes that apply to you. Then click Register to Bid to complete the process.

Important Next Steps

Go to “Update My Account Tab” for directions to add credit card.

Complete Profile Information:
Name, Address, Phone Number
User Name (create a username)

Password (create a password)
Confirm password
Notifications: check all boxes under notifications

User Agreement: check all boxes that apply

Click Register To Bid, Working emails will receive an email notification from APRO to complete the registration process

Non-working emails will be approved by Long Auction within 48 hours. If you are unable to log-in after 48 hrs send a text to 859-661-1930

Go to “Update My Account Tab” for directions to add credit card.

It is required to have a credit card to bid.

How to update an APRO Account

After you log-in on Apro –  Across the top right of the page you will see five (5) Tabs: Home, Translate, My Account, Logout, Contact Us

• Home: Takes you to the “Home” page that shows all Apro Online Auctions.

• Translate: Five different translations – English, French, Spanish, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified).

• My Account: Update your personal information by clicking on “My Account” at the bottom of the page click on “change personal information.” Click “Update” when you finish.

The other tabs under MY ACCOUNT are: 

• Invoices – view/print all your invoices.

• Credit Cards – A credit card is required before you can bid. When you register you will receive an email to complete your registration.

  • You add your credit/debit card at this time.

  • If you do not have a working email your registration will be approved by Long Auction. After you are approved you will follow the directions to add your card. Click on “Credit Cards” Tab – Affiliate click on the down arrow in the box and select Wayne Long. 

  • After selecting Wayne Long you will be able to add your credit/debit card. Click “Add Payment” Complete the information for your card. Don’t forget to Update. Keep your credit/debit cards up-to-date to ensure you ability to bid.

• My Favorites: You can flag your favorite lots and they will be saved under this tab.

• My Bids: You can view the status of your bids

• Are You a Reseller? If you are a reseller you will need to provide a current KY “Resale Certificate“. To print a blank Ky Resale Certificate Click on “Resale Certificate”

• Communication Preferences: Select the notifications you want to receive.

• Logout: Logout when you are finished.

• Contact Us: Contact Information for APRO
