Whats Happening!

Long Auction Company nor the software provider will be responsible for any interruption in service or errors, caused by any means including power failures or website outages.

Long Auction has provided a description of items to the best of our knowledge. All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspection is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Payment is only by credit/debit card unless other arrangements have been made with Long Auction
• Credit/Debit cards will be processed at the close of the auction
• Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders no later than 8 AM (EST) the next day after the close of the auction
• Props, stands, shelving etc. in the picture of the lots will not be included with purchase unless noted in description
• Tax Exempt: A current tax exempt certificate must be submitted to Long Auction prior to the auction ending. Taxes will be collected and not refunded, until a certificate is received & approved.
• Processing Fee: There will be a credit/debit card processing fee applied. This fee is set by each individual credit card company and the responsibility of the winning bidder
• Buyers Premium: 10% will be applied to each invoice
• Final bids made from your account are not subject to cancelation or refund
